Done — 30-day grace period starts

Your account is scheduled for permanent deletion after 30 days. If you change your mind, simply sign back in before then to cancel.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account. Include your name and a brief request for deletion. We will process it as soon as possible, and within 30 days, and confirm by email.

Delete individual items without closing your account

You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove data. Inside the app you can delete any individual note, task, dictation, or meeting at any time — swipe a row (or use its delete option) and confirm. Deleting an item permanently removes it and its associated content (audio, transcript, and AI-generated summaries) from your account, while everything else stays.

What gets deleted

Permanent deletion happens 30 days after you request it. During that window nothing is removed — sign back in at any time to cancel.

  • Your account credentials and profile information
  • All dictation transcripts and voice notes
  • All meeting recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated summaries
  • Task and action items created from dictation
  • Your usage history, preferences, and settings

We retain limited billing/invoice records for 7 years as required by Australian tax law, and anything we’re legally obliged to keep — Privacy Policy §7. Deletion of all other data is permanent and cannot be undone after the 30-day grace period.
